Policies
1.We only keep items/tack orders on hold for a month. (See number two about holding payments)
2. We only keep payments on hold for 1 week. (5 days) If you are going out of town or anything, please let us know when you put the order in or when you find out about your trip.
3. We might except weekly payments. It depends on the amount it costs. We can and will not except weekly payments if you order a $2.00 piece of tack. That is un-exceptionable.
4. We do except cancellation, but only if you are un-able to get the money (no matter if it's $2.00 or $20.00, we still except the cancellation). If it's because you found a better tack maker, we will not cancel your order, and you will not get your money back if it's that reason.
5. You MUST send the money first.
6. We except cash, checks, PayPal, and are thinking about money orders. We prefer cash, though.
7.Orders will be shipped out once payment is made. If something happens where we are un-able to make your order or send it, I will try and get in touch with you right away.
8. Serious buyers please! It wastes my time if you are not serious buyers.
